Weekly Steps for Caregivers
-
Before you begin, feel free to watch the animated Kind Mind video with your child. They’ve already watched it in class, but it’s a great way for you to learn more about the program and get familiar with the concepts they’ll be exploring.
Set aside 10 minutes or less each week to complete the Kind Mind challenge with your child. These simple activities are designed to encourage conversation, reflection, and healthy mental well-being.
When you have completed the weekly challenge with your child, sign your name at the bottom of the page and have your child return it to their teacher to receive a sticker!
-
Watch the Weekly DJ Rock’N’Beau video together to reinforce what your child is learning in class. You can also explore our optional Weekly Mindfulness Videos and Nighttime Stories for additional opportunities to learn, connect, and unwind together.
-
