Youth can access 24/7 support by texting 686868 or calling 1-800-668-6868 from a landline, cellphone, or VoIP service. When you call, you’ll be connected with a professional counsellor who can provide confidential support and guidance.
Offers easy and fun ways for youth to practice mindfulness and manage stress. Developed by the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre and BC Children’s Hospital, the app provides interactive tools and breathing exercises to help improve mental well-being and build coping skills.
