What to do if you are feeling depressed or suicidal:
- If you are suicidal and need to speak with someone trained and sensitive to your condition, call the Crisis
Center Distress Line anonymously toll free 1-866-661-3311.
If you know anyone who is suicidal tell a counselor or mental health professional NOW!
If you are not sure if a friend, relative, associate is suicidal, ask them so and ask by what means they are thinking
of ending their life. They really are crying out for help in desperation and want to talk to someone who may be able to
help them.

- Tell tale signs of depression:
sleeplessness, loss of purpose/direction, change in character, lack of appetite, reckless behavior, increased drug/alcohol
use, failing in school, introverted/isolated behavior, increased anxiety, lack of interest in previous sports/hobbies.
